BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICIES

1. Booking's Policies:

1.1. Individual Fit's Passengers:

• 30% of the Land program per passenger is required to confirm your booking and the 100% of the Air Fare.
• A second payment of 30% of the land tour per passenger is required 90 days prior to the departure date.
• Balance is required 60 days prior the departure.
• If the sale is between 60 and 15 days prior the departure date, the full payment is required to confirm the operation.

For the booking confirmation besides the first payment, the following information of each passenger is required:

Last names

Firts names

Passport numbers

Nationality

Allergies or illnesses

Food restrictions

Contact phone number

Rooming List


2. Cancellation's Policies:

2.1. Individual Fit's Passengers:

• If notice is received 60 days prior to the departure, no refund is possible
• If notice is received between 90 and 60 days prior to the departure, we refund your first deposit less USD 100.00 per person and we refund 30% less for the total air fare.


3. Payment's Policies:

• Your payment can be done by credit card through Pay Pal. Please follow the BUY NOW botton. You have charge to the final rate 4% of transfer fees.

• If your payment is done by wire transfer please use the following information:
