Itinerary for 2 - 6 Passengers
Day 1:
Arrival from Quito or Guayaquil. At the airport in Baltra, we will meet up with our English speaking guide who will transfer us to Puerto Ayora (Santa Cruz Island). Here we will visit the Charles Darwin Research Station, where we will have the grand opportunity to see Lonesome George, the last Galapagos turtle of its species. After the lunch we will hike for 45 minutes to visit the Tortuga Bay, a beautiful white sand beach where it is possible to see sea turtles, sea lions, marine iguanas, pelicans, flamingos and lava gulls. Overnight in Santa Cruz.

Day 2:
After breakfast we go to the dock to take our speed boat L/P Oceano or similar to start the navigation to Floreana Island which lasts approximately 2 ½. We will first stop for snorkeling at the Floreana Lobery and then at “Luz del Día” point, where we will be able to snorkel with sea-lions. In the afternoon we will visit the Floreana Highlands, where we will see the caves that were created by pirates years ago, the Asylum of Peace (beautiful viewpoint) and the ancient habitat of Wittmer, one of the earliest inhabitants of the island. We will have the opportunity to watch how inhabitants extracted fresh water from this island and we can taste this vital liquid. Afterwards, we will return to Santa Cruz in our speedboat. Overnight in Santa Cruz.

Day 3:
After breakfast we will visit the Highlands of Santa Cruz Island. Here we can enjoy a wonderful chance to see giant tortoises in their natural habitat. Afterwards, we will take the public speedboat to Isabela (14:00), which lasts approximately 2 ½ hours. We will arrive to Isabela Island, and after a brief rest at the hotel we will head to the Flamingo Lagoon, which is the largest coastal lagoon found in the Galapagos and is one of the main reproductive sites for the majority of flamingos. Overnight in Isabela Island.

Day 4:
Early in the morning after breakfast, we will have a full day tour of the Sierra Negra Volcano. This volcano is located 13 miles from Puerto Villamil and is the world’s second largest volcanic crater, measuring 6 miles in diameter and 300 feet deep. We will hike the crater and enjoy the view of the beach below before continuing on to Volcan Chico, a still active volcano which warms the surrounding ground. (Box lunch will be provided). In the afternoon, we will return to the hotel and later we will have the opportunity to go snorkeling in Concha Perla. Overnight in Isabela Island.

Day 5: Early in the morning (06:00 am), we will take the public speedboat from Isabela to Puerto Ayora, where the guide will be waiting for you and where we will eat breakfast. After that we continue our journey to the Baltra Airport, but on the way we will stop by “The Twins” (a.k.a.“The Gemelos”), which are similar to craters, but instead were formed by a collapse of the earth due to lava flows that passed below.

Day 1:
We fly from Quito or Guayaquil to Baltra Island. At the airport in Baltra, we will meet up with our English speaking guide who will transfer us to Puerto Ayora (Santa Cruz Island) on the way we will visit visit to the Highlands of Santa Cruz Island. Here we can enjoy a wonderful visit to see giant turtles in their natural habitat. After lunch, we visit Charles Darwin Research Station. Here we will have the grand opportunity to see Lonesome George, the last Galapagos turtle of its species. Overnight in Santa Cruz.

Day 2:
After breakfast we go to the dock to take our speed boat L/P Oceano or similar to start the navigation to Floreana Island which lasts approximately 2 ½ the first stop point for doing snorkeling Floreana Lobery and snorkeling at “Luz del día” point. In the afternoon we get ready to carry out the visit to Floreana highlands, where we will watch: the caves that were used by the pirates years ago, the Asylum of Peace (viewpoint) and the ancient habitat of Wittmer, one of the earliest inhabitants of the island. We are going to have the opportunity to watch how inhabitants extract fresh water from this island and we can taste this vital liquid. We sail to Puerto Villamil in Isabela Island. Overnight in Isabela.

Day 3:

Day 4:
After breakfast we will go to the Giant Tortoise Breeding Center, where we will visit “The Wall of Tears”. From 1946 to 1959, Isabela was designated a penal colony by the Ecuadorian government. Prisoners were obligated to build a wall with enormous blocks of lava. Due to the arduous labour and harsh conditions in which the prisoners lived, this site is known as “El Muro de las Lagrimas”. Additionally, we will visit a small lava tunnel, flamingo lagoon, and then we will return to the hotel to have lunch.
In the afternoon, we will sail to Tintoreras Islet It is called like this due to a large crevice with very clear, calm water in which white-tip sharks known as “Tintoreras” come daily to rest on the bottom. We can also observe penguins, sea lions, and marine iguanas and go snorkelling with sharks (Snorkelling equipment is included in this visit, tube, mask, fins) as well as other colourful tropical fish while enjoying the beaches of Isabela. Overnight in Isabela.

Day 5:
Early in the morning (06:00 am), we will take the public speedboat from Isabela to Puerto Ayora, where the guide will be waiting for you to eat breakfast. Afterwards, we will continue on our way to the Baltra Airport, but on the way we will stop by “The Twins” (a.k.a.“The Gemelos”), which are similar to craters, but instead were formed by a collapse of the Earth due to the lava flows that passed below. The tour will end upon the arrival to the Airport where we will depart to Quito or Guayaquil.
